One of the best in the series

The game is very similar to the first Zelda, in the way it plays and the story, but is a huge improvement from the 2nd Zelda game

Gameplay—The game is easy to play if you have played a Zelda game before, but if not it still only takes a few minutes to learn. the controls are easy to use and easy to remember what they do. The only problem is that it does take a while for the game to get going but after the slow castle level the game really takes off.

Graphics—the graphics are fantastic, and in some parts boasts 3D animations which on a 16bit console it great. The colours are sharp and clear with no square shape characters like in the 1st Zelda.

Sound—the sound effects are nothing new or that good but are used well. The music is great and suits every level and town it is used for.

The game is not only one of the best Zelda games, it’s also one of the best games ever. A huge improvement on the past Zelda and a good booster for future games.
