Classic game and the first Zelda title I was introduced!

Ok this is my very first review so I'm not going to go into much details (and that goes for my upcoming reviews too), but I'll do my best to make it reasonable so here goes....

A Link to the Past is a classic Zelda title. It is the first game that introduced me to the world of Zelda with the main character as a young elf-like boy named Link! The game starts off as Link having nightmares about a princess (which is Zelda) telling him that she is locked away in Hyrule Castle and must save her before she is sacrificed by a great evil named Agahnim. So now Link must save the princess and restore peace to the lands of Hyrule...even if it means traveling back in time!

The sword-gameplay along with using items are fun, the overworld is great and the music is abslolute brilliant *hums the Lost Woods theme song* for an old game. I know this is a 1991 videogame which I have played the SNES version but I'm reviewing the GBA version because I spend more time on this due to the fact that my SNES game cartridge broke.

The difficulty of the game is very hard and it took me exactly 5 years to beat it (counting the SNES days playing it). I first played it at age 9 so you can definitely see why I consider it hard. What's funny is that I'm now 19 and I still struggle with this game, so that's how COMPLICATED it really is! Regardless it's a classic game and must be played by all ages, even for folks that are new to the series!

I wish I could review Four Swords but due to the fact that I couldn't play it without a Link Cable, I'm going to have to skip it. I've heard the game was good, which is no surprise because I own Four Swords Adventure on the Gamecube and it's really fun especially with 4 Links cooperating together!! But not to fear peeps because thanks to Nintendo, I can now play it on my 3DS! Once I spend hours on it, I will review it soon.

So overall buy this game, I highly recommend it! Or if you own a Wii, download it for 800 points and trust me, it's worth the price tag! :D
