Breath of the Wild is a great start to the Nintendo Switch. It has done what some big budget games have completely forgotten to do lately; entertain. Breath of the Wild does not offer amazing graphics, although the style of the game is undoubtedly beautiful. It does not offer a story that makes you cry. It offers a fun game that will keep you on the edge of your seat for hours. Nintendo has created a huge world for you to explore filled with interesting characters and many ways to play. It will without a doubt be the reason many people buy the Nintendo Switch, and it is worth the price tag.
The only bad things about the game are the unnecessary lengths between all of the interesting places to go, and the fact that going to certain places takes your health away, like for example, unless you bring a cold-resistant clothing item on you when you go into the mountains, you lose hearts. This doesn't add much to the game, except maybe having to go around making sure you have enough "spicy" food to survive your journey. Other than that, The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild not only continues doing what has made Zelda a great franchise, but it also expands on it.
