One of the greatest games ever!
The story of this is fairly simple but good, your link a small kid with blonde hair and quite a parquliar cap. You start off as a little boy, but you'll progress into a full fledge hero of time and end up trying to stop the evil Ganondorf. While actually to save Zelda a princess in distress, of course!
The gameplay gives an ultimate feeling of freedom, you can carry on with a quest or in the middle quit and go to do something else or go talk to the people in the village. You end up with a horse called Apona, who will be basically your only real companion besides Shiek and some of the girls. There are tons of little sub-quests and missions that will get you new equipment or just be plain fun!
There are a few funny things about this game that you will have to play and at the end of the game you'll be like "Hey, what?". Aswell at the start of the game if you go behind links house into the forest and keep searching through you will find "Skull Kid" who is actually the main bad guy in the next game, although he plays absolutley no big part in this game, its cool because he sends you on a little quest to get him the right mask.
The levels are pretty tedious, but end up being very fun after you get the hang of it and you'll start looking forward to each and every crazy boss. The bosses consist of what level your on, don't try to guess it though, you will get it wrong most likely. Theres a few villages in this game and many places to go, such as Death Mountain or just the little village surrounding the castle wherever you go is up to you.
Overall a very good game, worth a very good memory and graphical experience.
