So... The adventure is over once again. The latest game in the zelda franchise is actually the first according to the chronological time-line. This time you set out to save zelda (who could have guessed??) who falls into the world below the clouds where the people live, and find out that there are evil power slumbering beneath which you must stop from arising. Maybe not a very fresh idea but it works for me. Its an epic tale which grew on me, and in the end, when you stand in a duel with your nemesis its really EPIC. The gameplay is fun. The only problem for me is that I could get frustrated with the controls pretty often. But even if that can get annoying I feel that the game as a whole deserves its high ranking anyway, because skyward sword makes up for it in all other aspects. The swordfighting with the wii motion plus is fun, even if it responds poorly now and then. The dungeons are great and varied. The bosses are huge and fun as always and this time there are even side-quests which even can be dealt with in more than one possible way. I actually did all of them because as tou help these people with their problems you are also awarded with gifts along the way. Right now I would probably say this is the best zelda game, but I know its not fair to make that decision when I just finished it yesterday, but its definately a solid adventure.
