Being an avid fan of The Legend of Zelda (I have every game), I can say that Skyward Sword is simply the greatest.

I have been a big fan of The Legend of Zelda since I played Ocarina of Time over ten years ago. From that point on I have acquired every Zelda game to date. From the year 2000 until just a few weeks ago, Majora's Mask has been my very favourite Zelda game. Suffice to say, Skyward Sword changed things quite a bit. With fun controls that don't feel gimmicky, a fantastic story with unbelievable character development, beautiful graphics, revealing cut-scenes, and some of the most fun and challenging dungeons I've seen in a Zelda game, Skyward Sword stacks up against not only the games of it's own series, but all adventure games of its kind. I would rather not spoil anything for anyone, so specifics will be spared. I would only like to say that this game was surely worth the seventy US dollars I spent for it (I got the Golden Wii Remote Plus) and I would recommend it to all who like adventures in gaming. It is not only my favourite Zelda game, but I personally see it as the greatest game ever made. Gamespot, please raise that 7.5. You are implying that this is the worst Zelda game ever made. Even if it's not the best, it's surely not the worst.
