A Classic Zelda tale with gorgeous graphics, great story, and masterful music.

After just completing Skyward Sword, I feel liberated and hopeful. Liberated because this game was completely worth the long wait we Zelda fans were put through and Hopeful because, if this game sets the standard, future games will be even more amazing.

I felt the strongest parts of Skyward Sword were its classic Zelda puzzles and its great story and graphics. The story was immersive and it drew you into it and the puzzles ranged from simple to mind-bending-ly awesome! The graphics really looked beautiful, however (due to the capabilities of the Wii) it has some sharp polygonal edges, yet I quickly learned to look past that. It was such a minor distraction from a great game!

I think the Wii Motion plus was a blessing and a curse at the same time. It made swordplay more interesting and made Boss Battles more challenging however I had to constantly "center" the Wii-mote and sometimes reconnect the the remote to the Wii. I'm not sure if this was simply MY Wii or if its a general problem. Besides this annoyance, there was very little to be annoyed about*.
