I had always been a Legend of Zelda fan, and when i heard the newest installation was coming to the gamecube, i couldnt wait. At first i was skeptical of the graphics, but i immediatley learned to appreciate the amazing art in this game. The directors added all the little touches that made this game so beautiful. But graphics dont make a game. Onto the gameplay! The battle system is still the same from Oot, which means its still near perfect and never gets old. The new items add an additional aspect to the gameplay and new ways of getting around. The new parry move is great as well. There are plenty of the sidequests as usual in a Zelda game. The one thing that bugged me at first was the length of time it took me to sail from one place to the next. The nice thing was there were new islands to explore on my way there. In terms of replay value, there are certain things to go back and play for, but you dont even need things like that to play it again cause you'll want to anyway because its so fun. The only thing i wouldve improved on in this game would be more dungeons. It wouldve added some extra difficulty and variety to the experience. This is a must have for anyones collection!
