Good game but too short and not enough depth!
Story: In this game you can play from the very start of the LORT to the end but inbetween there is not enough depth and they miss some vital things out. You can play as the good campaign and evil which is cool and it is interesting to see what happens if the ring didn't get destroyed. Overall they were enjoyable but were too short and could be completed in aorund 3 hours or so for good and evil.
Sound: Notthing mind blowing, just the usual LORT soundtrack and you here the swords attack, orcs make some weird noises and the voice acting is ok, more of a narrator speaking.
Camera: The camera angles are ok, if you have played star wars: battlefront it is practically the same which is an good thing.
Gameplay: They could have made this so much better but i found the attacks grubby and not fluid enough like in other games such as devil may cry and other hack and slash games. You can pull of a few combos but not nothing that makes you think "WOW."
Characters: In the game you can choose between the characters class which are mage, ranger, scout and warrior and you can be the main characters such as gandalf, gimli, legolas ect. Each different class can pull of different attacks so its not too tedious and can be fun to change when you want.
Multiplayer: This is where the game shines more. First off you can play the campaign with a friend on the same xbox or coop online. There are modes like capture the ring, team deathmatch, deathmatch and a couple of others. Supports up to 16 players online. This is quite fun for a while but can get boring and you will end up going back to your other fps games like cod4, halo 3 ect.
Overall: Despite the short story, the multiplayer could last you a while and if you could pick this up for around £20 or less it is worth it.
