Shadows of Angmar,the TONS of FREE content released,and the awesome,dark,majestic,gigantic Mines of Moria......a 9.5.

The Lord of the Rings Online.A spawn of WOW.I think not.I chose this mmorpg over WOW because of I loved the movies and gamespot gave the LOTRO an 8.5..But thats just the Mines of Moria Expansion which is a 9.0 gamespot.Sorry you got it wrong.But with this game you get the original Shadows of Angmar.Plus the TONS,and when i say TONS people,im not joking of FREE content expansions that've been released after the release of Shadows of Angmar.Maybe it was an 8.3 then.But the huge free maps with beautiful scenary and,all the technical updates,tons of new quests,had to of brought the score up for the Shadows of Angmar,from an 8.3 to at least 9.0.Turbine has finely tuned this game,cause they know they are in direct competition with WOW,to make it so unique.And the great thing is,they go back over old maps to make them better.For instance,they did a makeover of the Shire.The Shire!From the movie.I loved it when i first went and visited the little hobbit houses with themed music you would expect.Now about Moria.The artistic design and music of this place gives it a 9.5 in my book with out questing.The designers were very excited to create the Mines of Moria you can tell,by the beautiful scenary it has.They nailed it.The inside of the mines are everything u would expect them to be and more.The aristry here beats out Peter Jacksons vision of it in the movie.The quests are very logical too which makes them more fun,since the dwarves are trying to reclaim the Mines from the orcs and other creatures.It makes it more enjoyable when what your questing actually fits with whats going on around inside the Mines.The place is Huge.U can barely see the ceiling at times,and they have stepped up the graphics in this release i've noticed with more detail,like shinier rocks and things.There are a billion things to do in this game,from working on deeds,titles,quests,crafting,creating ur Legendary weapon,which is new with the Mines release and is addicting cause u want to choose the right things to level each time u reforge your weapon.So,if uv read this much,u get what im sayin is this is a total Lord of the Rings experience with tons of things to do,beautiful scenary,and multiplaying(Fellowshiping)...all of these things put together,The original game with its free map expansions,tweaks, and the Mines of Moria,all put together,make this game a 9.5.And never forget that this game will expand into Rohan,Gondor,Mordor.When this game is completed,probably 2014,it will be viewed as a master piece of Middle Earth and we will all bow in the presence of a game,a universe,that will be a 10.0 rating +.
