It will be dissapointing to fans hoping to fight with the main characters of the series, and gameplay can be annoying.
Graphics-The visuals are pretty good in this game, especially when it comes to the spells. The graphics can also look a little pasty sometimes too. Some spells can also take a long time until something happens, which gets boring to watch after awhile.
Gameplay-This can be ok, but it also is annoying. The aspects are the same as any other RPG, exept that you learn new spells and attacks by gaining skill points. You gain skill points by using those spells and attacks on the same skill tree. The AI in this game can be pretty dumb, too. You can find yourself watching enemies cast sleep spells many times over, but never attack. Also, you will miss a lot, even to elephants and ladders.
Value-The game takes 25 hours to beat, which is average for an RPG.
Tilt (Story)-If you are expecting the story to focus on Frodo and all of the other characters, prepare to be dissapointed. This game focuses on Berethor and other MINOR characters that follow the fellowship. You sometimes fight with Gandalf and Legolas, but they are few and far between. However, whenever you have them, they are superpowers because of their deadly spells and attacks.
