A classic film becomes an excellent game.
God Listen to me ramble on! Anyway, the game comes as a suprisingly well made and fun game of The Two Towers. The graphics are amazing. The in game level design is top notch and the way they go from film footage to game footage is awesome! They also have all the actors from the film supply their voices for the game and they do a fine job. There's also the superb music from the film.
The game plays much like a fighting game in that you hack at buttons constantly. It may seem simple but you also need to develop your skills and upgrade your weapons. But the games let down by it length. There aren't enough levels and the only replay value is playing them again only with a different character. Despite the game is a great challenge and hard but this fits the games/films war theme. The levels and combat are as exiciting as the film. In a way it puts you 'in the film' and that's why I recommend it because it's a rare excellent example of how to make a game out of a film.
