Great graphics and voice overs, but lacks in fun gameplay.

I loved the Lord of the Rings series. I know all about Aragorn, Legolas, Gimili, blah blah blah. This was actually my very first PS2 videogame and it was fun at first but I noticed how the first level, you had to watch the movie and see that the torch alone can kill the Ring Wraiths. The fighting system is fully upgradable and so are your weapons and combos. Yet, there are way too many combos and the combat can get a little weak because of it. The number of moves reminded me of Vexx and how they wanted you to master about 20 moves. The graphics are great, though, and the voice overs are well done. Some boss fights can be really frustrating since you don't know what to do a lot of the time and in that time, your ass is getting kicked. I wished there were more playable characters like in Return of the King videogame. There is only Aragorn, Legolas, and Gimili and an unlockable warrior that I will remain unknown. Also, for hard core Lord of the Rings fans, it may be kind of sad to fail a mission and watch your favorite 3 heroes being killed by orcs. I wasn't impressed by this game and I personally don't like it that much.
