Wow, 5 freaking games for 20 bucks. Just amazing. Plus, i enjoyed every one of those games. There's Portal, Team Fortress 2, Half Life 2, Half Life 2: Episode 1 and Episode 2. Portal is a fun puzzle game which is actually the best puzzle game i have ever played. It just gets you into it. The last level is satisfying especially with the end boss. Of course, it can be real challenging. So, expect to use your brain... a lot. Then, there's Team Fortress 2 which is only playable online. There is no story mode or anything. Just multiplayer. It's really fun though and it's just a chill game to play with funny moments and a cartoony look. The sad thing is that not a lot of people are playing it nowadays. Since i got the game a little late, i think most of the people have went to playing Modern Warare 2 instead. And then, the biggest part of the Orange Box. Da da da! Half Life 2 series with two expansions plus the original game. I loved the original game and now they improved the graphics on the 360. The story is better than ever. Episode 2 tells a huger story. There's a lot more story elements. It's still a fun game to play. Half life 2 took me about 10 hours. Episode 1 took me about 3-4 hours. Episode 2 took me about 4-5 hours. So, the expansions aren't that long, sadly. By the end of Episode 2, you'll be impatient for the next Half life 2 episode. Portal took me about 2-3 hours. It's a pretty short game but still satisying. It would've been a lot better if they made the games a little longer than they were. Half life 2 is the only one that takes at least 10 hours to beat. It's 20 bucks, so i still appreciate it. It's like a 100 dollar value for 20 bucks. I appreciate Valve. That tells me a lot about them. So, i recommend you guys to buy this game over a rent. It has high lasting appeal with 100 achievements, Team Fortress 2, and there are also advanced maps you get after you beat Portal. So, you can play the maps all over again but with a bigger challenge. I know i can't wait until the next Half Life game and i'm also waiting for a Portal 2. This "box" gave a satisfying ending and makes it one of the best values and games ever made.
The other reader reviews are ridiculous, they're complaining about the value of this game when you get 5 excellent products. Even with the new products alone (ep2, tf2 and portal), $60 would have been about right in comp... Read Full Review
