The Punisher is a great game. You can have a lot of fun with this game, if you don't mind a whole lot of violence. This game is really violent, some gory stuff. There's a thing called interrogation system, and you basically try to get information out of local punks, but you sometimes you get the opportunity to do a special interrogation and when you succeed in getting the info you can let either let him go or kill him in by far the most sadistic ways in gaming history. Manhunt might stand out as being more violent, but this comes pretty close. The screen gets black and white and the camera angles do turn in a way to prevent the killings from being really awfully gory. But hey, we want it to be really gory, right? So it's a bummer that you don't really see them from a better angle. The story is OK, I mean for a game based on a comic, it's pretty good. Better than most comic book games have been doing. You'll meet famous Marvel characters from King-Pin to Iron Man. The Punisher model looks perfect. Almost couldn't be done better. The game is really quite easy. For instance you can almost finish the whole game without firing your weapon once, because you can just run right up to people and press the X (Xbox version) button and perform an execution. The Punisher really takes a small amount of damage and that makes things really simple. You can run up to your foes and take a lot of bullets and still just take a small amount of damage. There won't be a lot of moments where you die. And by the way the executions are f***ing awesome. Especially the once performed with the knife. The Punisher can break skulls with a knife. After killing some guys your "Slaughter" meter fills up and that gives you the opportunity to go into the "Slaughter Mode" where Punisher takes out to knifes and you run up to people and do crazy executions with two knifes. He's really strong in Slaughter Mode and it's almost impossible to die in it. So the game is a lot of fun and I do recommend it if you can handle violence.
