just got the gold edition which includes the add ons,expansion.my first impressions were overwhelming just looking at 12 tutorials to teach all of the basics to advanced gameplay features.though it looks deep & complex at first once you cover all tutorials you will be satisfied with the depth it has.it has campaigns which consist of romans,vikings,& mayans each with different missions.trojans are included aswell in gold edition only.it is a kind of kingdom simulation with RTS element where you have to manage & grow your chosen race.graphics & sound are ok but cute looking for its time it can be slow but patience is the key in this game.if you are used to fast paced RTS games then avoid this.overall good for its worth.its quiet old now but good if you are into old school pc games although i recommend it to anyone.
