I was under the impression that this was going to be the best-hearted attempt at a really good simpsons game. I guess I was wrong. Considering how much progress has been made in platform gaming over the past six or seven years, it's amazing how clunky and ill-presented this game is. Aside from some clever dialogue, the game is uninteresting, bad-looking and not the least bit of fun to play. I don't understand at all why the gameplay is so stilted. The characters also move very slowly and there's no way to make them run Save your money and play a real platformer like ratchet and clank.
