Sims on consoles has had its downers and its uppers. Before this particular sims console game their has been Sims 2, The Urbz, Sims Bustin Out and The Sims. Sims 2 Pets the latest addition is the best of them all. Unlike the rest of them you now have pets which train and have puppies etc. This is what makes it fun but in the long run it isnt much different than last years Sims 2. The graphics are very good for PS2 and really push it to its limits. The Sound is what you expect to hear from any Sims game; Simsish and the doorbell ringing etc. The value is what puts it down though and thats all the cool features which made the PC version so cool like growing up and having children and dying etc. All in all if you are new to Sims then this will certainly entertain you. Otherwise if you are an all time Sims fan this may not be as good as a Sims game is supposed to be.
