Nothing like PC version. More of an adventure game.

It's a lot different from the other Sims games. It's more of an adventure game.

The graphics are alright. The music is good because you can set different songs for certain rooms, so the music isn't so repetitive. Also you can make 3 songs of your own.

You never really reach the top level and it's over. You can increase the value of your hotel, value of guestrooms, amount of cash, skill points, liscence plates, vaccum and metal detector earnings etc. There are also a few mini games like the Pirate Card game and Arcade Machine games. There's always something to do.

The game is good to begin with. You have to build up your money to construct rooms for your hotel. It's exciting to see your hotel grow and more people checking in. Different people move into the Penthouse and there's some sort of quest to do with each person. I loved the game at first and it lasted for about 3 months. Now I'm totally over it and i can only see myself playing it for the sake of the Pirate Card game :P

After 8 months of procrastinating I've finally finished the game. Sims 2 DS starts off on a high note, but slowly becomes more boring and eventually you're sick of it. The game was bought as present for $90 and was definately not worth it. Not a great game and is nothing compared to PC version. (I did come across a massive glith. At one part of the game it would randomly freeze, then i couldn't access my pockets at all, which meant i couldn't continue the game. I had to start all over again and luckily it didn't happen again.)
