I am all for taking the sims in a new direction and experimenting with the I.P a little. Lets be realistic every sims game to date has been exactly the same. Enter sims medieval, overall the game play was pretty much what I expected I was even enjoying myself on the first map.

SO now you complete the first map and you send one of your sims with a few other people from the first kingdom off to colonize new land and build a new kingdom, Great! But when you get into the new kingdom you realize the map is exactly the same... ok let's check if we have different neighbours.... nope! they are exactly the same too. Maybe we got different quests? .... NOPE! Exactly the same. This is sims medieval it is 1 map 15 times with slight augment to a "ambition" that barely effects game play if at all. That's the game.

1 level. Same items. Same quests. Same buildings.

Thanks for the demo EA but were you releasing a game anytime soon? I guess it's a good thing I have't expected much from EA since they destroyed command and conquer 4.
