Great follow up to the original.

Ties That Bind is a really good story driven 3rd person shooter. If you like the original Suffering you will dig this one. It does nothing really new in terms of gameplay, nor does it fix any control issues I had with the original. But all aside the story is what moves me in this series. Ties that Bind picks up where the original game left off. The continuing story is much bigger and on a grander scale. Can be really difficult in parts, you will find yourself constantly reloading your last save. But you can save anywhere in game, so that cuts down on playing parts you can already pass. I hate games that don't allow you to save where you want, or at least a decent checkpoint system. TIB will take you approx. 10 to 12 hrs. to finish. Worth a playthrough. If you played the original Suffering and completed it, you can load up your save file on the new one. It starts the story with your morality allignment from the 1st game. So you have a possible 3 different beginnings (good, neutral, evil).
