quite disturbing , played at night lights off youl be a bit shook up by it.
I LOVED THE FIRST SUFFERING GAME. it was chilling chilling the sound effect of metal on metal the beasties were quite unpleaseant to. bought this game as i promised myself i would buy it and hopefully enjoy it as much as the last, and i have. theirs nothing that new to this. bit bigger perhap and you have the first person look which is quite useful in places, new increased monster abilities are good to but what really makes this game for me is the raw visceral style of gameplay, the flashing images, the fx, the distrubed main character, the original storyline i though was one of the most mature in a long time especially if you waited and played the game to its conclusion the did he or didnt he.
if you buy this game then treat it like you would any good horror flick, at night lights off not one to be played with mates but by yourself andi assure you wont be disappointed.
niggles, yeah one massive one that is when you finished a particular section that involves nearly all your ammo and life going i dont want to then look for a ferking ladder for 20minutes only to discover its hidden away in the most obvious place but because the wall angles slightly left you cant see it. this game does that all the time and it is mighty MIGHTY frustrating. ive already gone through one controller by hurling it in a tantrum of not being able to find said ladder, hole etc
