A great survival horror game from start to finish

The Thing is technically a sequel to the movie and not the actual thing.The story to this is three months right after where the movie left off.You play as Blake who is part of this rescue team going down to where the movie happen.You soon find out about the aliens(things) who are there.So you play through the game fighting these aliens.The game isnt that long but is pretty tough.The game play in this game is pretty innovative.You control a squad and the innovative part is the fear trust thing.A member(s) of your team can either trust you or think your a thing and try to kill you.That makes the gameplay a little more cooler but just burning these things is fun enough.Some of the environments in the game are identical to those seen in the movie which fans of the movie will notice right away.The sound is completely quiet in which all you can hear is yourself,your squad,and any other freaky and cool noises which is perfect.The game overall is great but since there is nothing to do after you complete the game except play it on another difficulty and that the game is short can be a real problem.Though if you can forgive these problems you should play The Thing right away
Pros-Intense gameplay,cool surroundings,great creepy sound,cool main character,great balanced difficulty,and a good story for those who are a fan of the movie.
Cons-Not much value,short,and some bosses are very similar.
