This game is set in the late 70's .. And that is what makes it so great, it has that seventies feeling. This game reminds me of movies set in the 70's like for example Summer of sam, Do the right thing, and Goodfellas. The story of the game is simple, and i'm not really going to tell you what it's about. It's really nothing special, but it's still pretty okey. The violence is what really makes this game soooo **** good.. Yeah i hate to say it, but it's true. The violence feels so real. When i'm playing this game and i'm fighting an enemy, i can smash a bottle in his face, punch him with my fists, and then end it all with stomping him in the skull while he's crawling on the ground. The violence in the game is the same kinda violence you will see late at night in all the worlds cities. The weapons you can choose are many, some of them are bottles, pipes, baseball bats, bricks, knifes, machetes, molotov cocktails, and much more. I hate real life violence, but game violence has never been so much fun.
And besides the story mode, you can also create your own gangs and then fight other gangs.
This truly is one of the best titles on ps2... And i hope you enjoy it as much as i did.
