Before playing The Warriors I knew pretty much nothing about it.
I didn't know it was based on a movie.
All I knew was that it looked to be a kickass beatem up.
And I was correct.
It kicks a hell of a lot of ass.

Having not seen the movie, I can't comment much on the plot and how it relates to that in the movie or anything, but it's certainly servicable for the game and ties together all segments of butt kicking nicely.

I much like the music and the voice overs were also well done.
The graphics were decent enough and small touches like the bleeding and blood that gradually builds up as your character gets beaten to a bloody pulp are nice ones.

I haven't played a beat em up this good since Streets of Rage on the sega genesis, so all I can say is that if your a fan of this type of game or the movie, it'd be well wroth checking out.
