My witcher 2 review..
You play as Geralt of Rivia a Witcher (a professional monster slayer). The game starts of in a dungeon with Geralt as a prisoner falsely accused of assassinating the king, Geralt escapes from the prison and embarks on a journey to clear his name. Although the plot does seem a bit generic at first but as the game progresses the story will become more complex and some of the outcomes will come as complete surprise to the player.
The combat in Witcher 2 is engaging and satisfying the controls are responsive and smooth, its fast paced and brutal with very little room for error. Leveling system is also simple you will be giving a choice between 3 different skill trees, you can choose to master your sword skills, strengthen magical signs or improve your alchemical abilities or you can spend your skill points on all three skill tress. I encountered very few bugs none of which were game breaking.
Graphically the Witcher 2 is very impressive, environments are gorgeous and the character models are really well done. However it does suffer from texture pop-ups occasionally.
Overall the Witcher 2 is amongst the best RPG's of this generation I would strongly suggest all the fans of the genre to give it a try.
