Awesome, mature and beautiful RPG!
Going in blind (never having played part I ), this game kept throwing surprises my way that I never saw coming.
The game is beautiful and if you can play it on high/ultra settings, you're in for a REAL treat. You will need a monster PC though...
Regardless of the setting though, the graphics and especially the lighting is a true sight to behold.
Voice acting and story are top notch, no surprise seeing that the witcher draws from the novels with the same name. Intrigue and a deep and mature story will keep you engaged till the end. It really is that good...
The best part in the Witcher 2 has to be the fact that your choices really affect the gameplay. The way it all works together is extremely well done, better than anything I have yet to see. Don't want to spoil anything, but you will be blown away!
t starts off hard (although they toned that bit down in patch 1.2) but if you stick it out til after the prologue, you will be rewarded with a classic game. Much has been said about the difficulty, but in all honesty, you can decrease this anytime so I never saw the issue with this. Once you are through Act I, things get a lot easier as well..
Get this game, it is amazing and deserves your hard-earned money!
