The Witcher 2 is to nonlinear RPG's what Zelda is to Nintendo ... Legendary!

A game that makes you hit 'New Game' the Second the credits finish rolling is a sign of a good game and this is a GOOD game. Dark RPG's are my favourite and this is right up there with my favourites. I am a major geek when it comes to lure and i love a game that has a big back story and the Witcher definatly has that. First of there's the collectors edition which is packed with loads of little bits from the game that make it just that bit more special. Not only that but the series seems to be loosely based around a book and that book is so good! and that sense of awesomeness doesn't fade from the dangerous transition of book to game like it has with some other games. The game it self is interesting, immersive and very impressive. The controls have been refined and the game play is less repetitive and manages to grab and hold that attention right until the very end and finishes with the classic .. 'OHhhhhhhh! that makes perfect sense' at the end when everything comes together. Brilliant game, from a brilliant writer, on a brilliant engine.
