I played 20plus hours through the first Witcher and loved it. However, I never finished it. After a few years this Witcher 2 comes out. I play so many games that I don't even remember the story line from the first Witcher. And this new witcher anticipates that you just finished the first game. I'm totally lost. Witcher 2 does nothing for new comers, and doesn't even refresh the memory of gamers who played it years ago. So when you load it up, be prepared to be confused.

Furthermore, the camera controls are....Well, there are none. Your so close, you can't even zoom back to get an idea of the foe's around you. It's much closer to the main character than the Original Witcher where you were back enough that you could see somewhat what was going on around you.

P.S Gamespot says the game runs and looks great. I've had nothing but issues with meeting the reccomended requirements. The game choses my settings for me, and I have to back them down to the same settings that my son's 5 year old pc is running.

I'm not cutting edge, but I do mee the reccomended sys, but can't play this game with the Witcher auto reccomend settings.
