fighting moves too bland. why don't they make it the way like Blade of Darkness!

tested it. nice intro story. got bored running around villages. studying all those potions and formulas. boring.

my interest would have been the fighting mode. so disappointing. no combination moves. same like diablo. just hack and hack and hoping you get a hit.

nothing beats Blade of Darkness or Revenant in fighting/combat moves. and this are old pc games, but developers just do the same Diablo thing.

solving the mystery, and the story line maybe its biggest asset. But really its the fighting scene that makes it more interesting. running to and fro just to go to a place to complete a qeust is so a waste of time. better to have portals or teleport same as the other newer rpg games.

the fighting scene has no lockmode. meaning if you face an enemy, there is no option to lock at your enemy so any movements. dodges and flips would always get you back facing your 'locked' enemy. This is the same as in Blade of Darkness. But this is not available in Witcher. so many times you missed a key and there you are showing you back or side to your enemy and you get a hit.

im uninstalling my copy tomorrow. waste of time and money.
