Fun, innovative and unique, with one or two minor problems.

The World Ends With You is a fantastic RPG and the only reason I ever considered buying a DS. The premise is unique and a definitely positive attribute for Square Enix. The art is beautiful, original and interesting and the amount of time you can spends collecting pins and clothing is insurmountable. The idea behind the items is also interesting, including buying food to gain attributes.
There are only two problems I can find with the game play, the first being something that probably affects quite a few people but some would find it nothing wrong with it at all. There are several different ways of evolving your pins, one of which is through wi-fi contact. Me as a gamer hardly ever plays multiplayer and I know no one who owns this game as well. As thus, the only way i can evolve certain pins is by walking around waiting for my DS to pick up signal from another wandering DS. Because of this, some pins are unreachable and so I can never obtain the perfect 100% pins.
The second problem is that there can only be one save game per cartridge. This means that when I lent it to my best friend, she had to erase my game to start her own.
These are only a niggling complaints however, as many would find them no problem at all. Aside from this the game is perfect and I see no problem with playing it again, especially seeing as I already have.
