Perfect combo of skill and playability

Tiger 07 is probably the best game in the series. The difficulty is pretty close to real golf. If you don't allow your player to max out the skills at 110, but keep them in the 85 range, or use one of the Pro Golfers (who are in the 85-92 average range, except for Sunday Tiger) then the courses are challenging and the game is quite realistic.
The dynamics which cause the ball to react that realistically off the face of the club and around the greens were lost when EA chose to change the game going into '09.
I will continue to play this game, online and off, until EA comes out with another challenge which can compete. And I hope that Playstation, or EA, continues to allow online play for as long as players keep coming to the lobby.

One example of the difficulty of the game, and the complexity of the shots required, is that in 3 years of playing the game, there have been maybe 5 holes in one recorded. I have hit 3 holes in one in one round in Tiger '09.
