This is a good game and probaly the best of the early PS2 games. The gameplay was ahead of its time and because of that, the missions were naff. For example, the first level is Tomb. You go in with your pistol and shoot some weird egyptian fellas and pick up that hornblower thingy. You go deeper into the Pyramid, shooting mummies as you go by. Then you reach the Amulet and you pick it up.You then run back up, avoiding the "timesplitters" suddenly appearing behind you. You get back to base and you have finished the mission. Every mission is the same except a different place and a different artifact other than a amulet. The graphics were brilliant at the time and was the best looking game until MGS2. The sound wasnt all that good but neitner were the levels. It was the multiplayer that was what made this game good. No, it is not even as close as good as Timesplitters 2's multiplayer but it was a very good try. I would recommend this game but than again you could get Timesplitters 2 for just as cheap and it is a better game all around
