The campaign was pretty good, but people don't buy games like this for the campaign.
The multiplayer is honestly garbage. The titans have less customization than in the original, as you are set to pick one of six pre-made titans, with essentially no range of options, they already have their ordinance, weapon, and abilities pre-chosen, giving you nothing to decide. The titans are also all worse than their counterparts in TF1, having extremely low health and no shields. The maps are worse than TF1. Just about everything I can think of is worse than it was in the first game. The only improvement is the smart pistol is no longer a regular weapon, and nuclear eject can no longer be used with auto eject.
Overall, I would recommend the game only if you want to play the campaign, but the multiplayer is not worth your time.
