Good but not revolutionary

Owning both a Xbox One, a gaming PC and a PS4 I was intrigued by the hype and press surrounding the release of Titanfall. The amount of press gave me some pretty high expectations for the game. I will star off by saying the game was developed based off of the Source Engine. The Source Engine is great and successful, however it does not provide "Next Gen mechanics and graphics" as quoted from various press about the game. The Source Engine itself was developed in 2003 and introduced in the game Half Life 2 in 2004. The game itself is very fun however the campaign multiplayer missions are very short and there is not too much content to unlock compared to games like Call of Duty, Halo, or Battlefield. However the concept is great and I do believe that the developers can make an amazing sequel based off of this game in the future. Also keep in mind that if you only own a PS4 and do not have a high performing pc, you will not be able to try this game out.
