I Feel suck into this, the atmosphere is great, control is thigh and the different types of races are cool. You will get rally, F1, NASCAR, trucks, GT, oldies, and even 18 wheelers although you don’t get much choice on what to race during carrier mode, sometimes one sometimes two depending on the story line. I have not felt like this for a racer since gran turismo 2. You won’t get the customizing options of other racing games but the story lines of competing against other racers are great. They will have clips of other driver coming up to you and saying nasty stuff or to tell you are doing good, they will also hype other drivers as dangerous or as the main target to bit by marking them on the map during the race. You will get a lot of satisfaction from taking that clone in the final turn for the win. If you are a racing fan go for it, the one player game is good enough on its own. I can’t say much about the live play, check some other review for that one, carrier mode is where is at for me.
