TRX3 is a good game for a few reasons. The car selection is spectacular, easily over 50 cars, and the customization, though no Carbon is good for some cool looking whips. The graphics are decent, this game is pretty old now and is showing it's age, the physics model is spot on though, with each car having it's own characteristics. The music and sound is pretty lame though, cars sounde pretty decent, but the musci is teeerrrrrriiiiibbbbblllleee, so do what i do, turn it off, and listen to your iPod while racing. The game is pretty long, with 600 racers to beat and over 100 wanderers. All in all, this game is solid, and i think a bit better than TRX0, but any racing fan should check this game out for sure.
