A fresh and immersive experience, totally unlike any other strategy and well worth a go.

User Rating: 8.5 | Tom Clancy's EndWar X360
EndWar is one of those games that any self respecting strategy gamer has to at least try. While it may not be to everyone's liking due to its lack of variation and single player campaign (there is a pseudo-campaign but it doesn't hold up to contemporaries like C&C) - it's definitely a worthwhile experience if only for that feeling of power you get from issuing voice commands with realtime feedback through your headset.

The graphics, although perhaps not up to the big boys of the genre, hold up pretty well and watching your ground troops mount assaults and intelligently use cover in the midst of a giant firefight - with choppers falling out of the sky from EMP attacks and even WMD strikes obliterating units over a large radius - is pretty amazing to behold.

A must try and definitely a step in the right direction - it's good to see the developers trying to step away from the run-of-the-mill strategy fodder.
