Ghost Recon 2 is a Impressive Xbox game that doesn't dissapoint.
Got on my Xbox and started it up. Now i wanted to start training first because i didn't fully know how to go around the feild and was literally a complete n00b to the series. Wasn't impressed with the Training as it wasn't clear what i was supposed to do. I learnt how to cllimb , go prone , stand back up again , shoot etc. Had enough and went off to play in a campaign.
Ok so me and my team are in the middle of the forest. Not a big forest but you know whatever. We are near the airfeild. I noticed the amazing textures in the trees and grasses which looked life like , also noticed the rubble nearby was impressive. Any way so i killed 4 guys then blew up a chopper with the rocket launcher which was extremely satisfying and went on. I noticed as we went on through the Airfeild each objective was different .. sortof. We had to take down some men who were sniping from an attack tower , blow up choppers , own ground based infantry , take out other special ops units and lots more. The Airfeild level was extremely exciting and satisfying and indeed showed this game had some major potential.
But with my Live connection not working properly right now i am left without the major part of the game. XBox Live.
Despite that i have had a cracking time playing this game so far , this game is something that all FPS fans , hell all Action fans , all Tom Clancy fans should buy or atleast rent. Its got that great battlefeild atmosphere , those awesome textures in pretty much anything and finally this great original gameplay i am absolutely loving.
Now that im familiar with the series i simply can't wait for Advanced Warfighter in 2006.
