This is so far, the BEST military shooter I have EVER played!!! Highly recommended!!!

I just went to Blockbuster and wanted to give this game a try since I love the Tom Clancy game series and since people said this game is one of the best games they've played. So once I got home, I kept saying to myself "I'll bet I'll want to play Halo 2 more!" Well that was not the case. I was HOOKED!!!! From the starting mission, I was immersed so fast, that I told myself that I want to buy this game! NOW!!!! The single-player campaign is pretty difficult and is highly realistic. (in my opinion) I even like this game more than Full Spectrum Warrior because, of all of the incredable military physics and that you can freely shoot and manuver. I also like your squad because, they are smart and they don't get in the way like in some other squad-based shooters. The enemy A.I is also smart! They will try to hide as best as they can and will sometimes lead you in a trap or try to flank you. There was only one time when the enemys acted stupid. They were standing still while I was right in front of them, but overall the A.I is smart!! Online play is addicting! Halo 2 and this has the best online multiplayer so far and will both be the two most popular played on XBOX Live!! The only thing I noticed about XBOX Live is that it takes FOREVER to find a game in optimatch and the friends list doesn't work right. The list will always reset to the top so you can't go down the list. Hopefully, the can make a patch or update to correct this, but overall one of the best online multiplayer games out there!! The graphics in the game are some of the best I have seen, but to me, nothing can beat Halo 2...........yet! The character models are very detailed and nice looking! The game does feature some sort of rag-doll physics, which adds a nice touch to the realism. The game runs at a smooth framerate, even when there is a lot of action going on the screen. The lighting and shadows are excellent and really stand out! I think the most impressive thing about Ghost Recon 2 are the enviornments! They are simply beautiful! From the open grass fields (and yes the grass does stand up and gently blows in the wind) to the golden deserts, everything looks fantastic!!! That is the one thing about the graphics that really stood out for me. In a nutshell, this is one of the better looking games you find this year. The sound is probably one of the best parts about the game! From the ambient sounds to the firing of the gun, this is a definate must play on Dolby Digital 5.1!!! Seriously! The sound effects for everything uses Dolby so good, that this is one of the best sounding games I have ever heard! You can hear everything! The breathing of a tired soldier. The helicopter and jets flying past you. Gunshots firing in the distance. What else can you need in a military shooter for the sound department? Overall, Ghost Recon 2 is a great game in everyway! It is one of the best from Tom Clancy series and will be for a while!! Anyone looking for an awesome military shooter, look no further because, it is all that you have been waiting for and probably more!!
