This is NOT Ghost Recon. What were they thinking messing up the control set up?! The worst thing is the lack of thought put int the control layout. ok the white and black buttons are not used so lets make the run button the same as the hold your breath button in snipe mode so you can try and snipe and end up running out into the open to get your butt shot off. Brilliant thinking guys. Whatever you do don't set the hold your breath button to the black/white buttons. When I played this game I felt like I was playing counter strike or rainbow 6 not Ghost recon. The borked the peek around corners. I swear they must have just ripped the game engine out of Rainbow 6 and tossed it into this game to hurry up and get it done.On top of that you can no longer go prone. And to make matters even worse, the missions are limited to 1-2 players, no more doing missions with 3-4 of your friends in co-op mode. And if thats not bad enough the graphics and frame rate are NOT what they should be. Ghost Recon 2's graphics were better than this games. Want to have tons of cool weapons to choose from? How about being excited to use the new Thermal vision? Well the choice of weapons and different "enhanced" visions suck! I am a HUGE fan of the earlier Ghost Recons and had been waiting patiently for this game in hopes of some more tactical shooter goodness, as the opther previous games have always delivered. This is no tactical shooter. It's more of a run and gun game. I am sorely dissapointed in the lack of thought that must have been used to put this giant piece of cow dung they call a game together. If you are looking for a true Ghost Recon tactical experience than stick with Ghost Recon 2 or Summit Strike etc. They all beat this heap of garbage. All I can say is it's a sloppily thrown together revamp of Rainbow 6 wrapped in a pretty package with a new name slapped onto it to sucker you out of your hard earned $.
