Graphics are very nice if you are high enough, but actually it is just a terrain with some boxes on it as houses. Water effects and clouds looks almost as awesome as in Just Cause.
I did not play on high settings but when rocket hits ground it looks bad. If plane hits ground it looks even worse so don't fall.
System requirements are medium for today's hardware (runs ok on 2 years old system)
Physics are very bad. When I fly plane with one wing downwards and the other upwards the plane should loose some altitude and start falling but it does not. I tried to increase games difficulty but that did not help. I thought that it is not hard to make such game. Look at GTA San Andreas for example. There is quite good flying physics for planes and even helicopters.
Camera (especially when you have to look at your plane from distance an cant switch to cockpit) is like SHlT. This is the first time I see such camera. As I already said this is not a simulator.
