A good game...but not really what I expected...

Spys OWN!!! theres not much too it, spy movies own, spy tv shows own, spy games own..but....
Splinter Cell:Double Agent dissapoints to some degree...
Don't get me wrong, it still has the same flair as previous games in the series, such as the intense pulse pounding glued to the screen stealth/action gameplay and the sounds and msuic to tingle your spine. But there's something missing...for one thing the game is too short...i mean...i think all the games in the series have been too short for me, it's like, "all that sneaking and now it's done" alot of the levels in Double Agent left me unfulfilled, like "well i robbed the train, but why??" alot of the levels seemed similar to those in other games in the series. Another downside to the game is that it didn't have all the features the XBOX360 version had. PS2 version = few day levels, fewer double agent choices, etc..
I mean at E3 i got so excited and now it seems that Ubisoft failed to mention that the Ps2 version woud include none of that stuff they described. I also wish there were more Double agent choices, like there was only 1-2 per level..the game seemed kinda forced at parts.

But its still a good game with actiony stealth gameplay and a creative storyline that features a really sweet ending. And the Double Agent decisions you did gt to make were split second choices of life or death epic proportions..

In my opinion if you've played the previous games buy this one, if you hven't played the previous ones, buy chaos theory or pandora tommorow first and see if you enjoy them...

peace out
