Now, Splinter Cell Double Agent is a fun game. But the thing about it that disappointed me the most was the lack of anything new for this series. If you have played Chaos Theory, theres really not that much to be very excited about. BUT, there is one thing new that I thought was brilliant and I'll get to it in a bit. This campaign has you, as Sam Fisher, on an undercover mission investigating the JBA (John Brown's Army). The characters you will meet include Enrica Villablanca, Jamie Washington (whom you escape from prison with)(fun!) and the main bad guy, Emile Dufraisne. In every mission, you have a choice to do certain objectives to earn trust for either side. If you have more trust for the bad guys, you will start their missions with better equipment. But,get too much trust for them, and theres this guy (i forget his name) who doesn't want the mission to go on, and he will end the undercover mission. Fisher's daughter died when she was hit by a car, so he (i forget his name) thinks that Fisher is just going to the dark side from pure craziness. Get too much trust to the good side, and POP! goes the Fisher! This game, I think, is definitely worth a week long rental.
