This game was not all that good if you own an X-box and have played the original splinter cell games. But I must give the PSP some credit it is one 10th the size of the X-box and it still put out a genuine S.C. experience. And at a time when all the PSP has to offer is GTA and Syphon Filter it is a much welcomed game. Yes the graphics aren’t that good and yes it is a little glitchy but that doesn’t change the fact that it is splinter cell and it is nearly impossible to make splinter cell suck. What really made me ignore the bad graphics was for only the second time ever on a PSP game is (first being GTA LCS) great controls. The camera took one mission to get used to. But all the other controls were instant: Jumping, shooting, moving, wall hugging and the wall suspension thing. All were easy to master and all the features had a time for use. The sound was standard S.C. whistling guards, back round ETC… If I were to accuse this game of one thing it would be shortness. It took me 4-6 hours to complete. That is sad. And there is 0 replay value. That is the only thing keeping this game from getting a 9.0. All in all it is a great game but had so much (X10) potential that it would have been nice if it had been delayed. So my final verdict is a long rental.
