Tony Hawk's Pro-Skater 3 is one of the great Neversoft Games and they have been working pretty darn hard to impress us. Let me say, they have impressed us but could it be so perfect that it was given 10? No, and let me explain. The graphics, as smooth as they are, seem a bit dated and the environments are all flash and no substance. It sounds good, but not all that great. Controls tend to slack at parts, which is what makes a Tony Hawk's game dull and boring, taking control of your character can be a tough thing and it really surprised me, but not that much. THPS 2 is just another one of his games that seems overrated.
