I know lots of folks love this game, some even say it's best in series, but this was my first and last skater game.

When it comes to sports trickery i believe there's two schools: tony hawk and SSX, when it comes to PS2 anyway. Sorry, but for me the lack of -extreme- air was a killer here. Big surprise, cause i expected i would fall in love with this series. It's got groovy graphics, and innumerable unlockables, but it just didn't do it for me. Perhaps i'm a victim of the physics defying glam of ssx, but so be it. I'll take the slopes over the streets any day of the week and twice on a holiday.

Y'all can keep the skateboarding world. If i ever feel the urge i'll just put "dogtown and the z-boys" in my dvd player, thanx.
