Tony Hawk Pro Skater... wait, which one is this again? They're all pretty much the same, with a few minor upgrades. This game got a PERFECT 10 score from Gamespot? Yes, it is a pretty well made game, but a 10 for a basic skateboarding game? That's a great disservice to the many games where you can do so much more than skate around and do tricks. Don't get me wrong, this is a good game for what it is. The graphics are good, the sounds are okay, gameplay is good, music is decent, and Tony Hawk is an all around pretty cool guy that has some pretty cool games. But unless you're a skater yourself or you're really into skateboarding games, this game will probably just be so-so for you. If you're not into those things as much but you'd still like to give Hawk's games a try, I'd go with one of the T.H.U.G's or one of the other mission based games.
