Gamespot hit the nail on the head

I think that the Gamespot review really summed this game up. I feel that the only way that you're really going to get much fun out of this game is if you're a vivid TH fan. They really haven't improved much on the general game, and seeing as how there's a new skating game out there, that's what they really needed to focus on. Simply saying that its impossible to improve a game's core every year doesn't really cut it. Activision has been putting out the generally same game now for about 4 or 5 years. Thats not called not being able to add a new engine, thats called hightail robbery. The worst part is that people STILL buy it. The game has a lot of little glitches and stuff but besides that the game's framework works a lot better than last year's. In my opinion, SKATE wont his year's battle for the top skateboarding game. Their game generally feels a lot more natural and gives us a fresh breath of games. Overall, I have this game a 6 because it really didn't improve much on Project 8 and there were a ton of glitches and bugs
