Greatest skating game made. period.

Tony Hawk's Underground is probably the greatest skateboarding game made. The first thing you do in this game is create your own character, through the games improved create-a-skater mode. You can choose over hundreds of different options for your character such as hats,shirts,logos,tatoos. Once you start te game, you learn that your just a kid who lives in New Jersey. You and your friend Eric Sparrow are both skaters, and find at Chad Muska is coming to your town for a skate demo. While he's there, you impress him and eventually, you win a contest and go pro. From then on you can choose your sponsers for skate gear and boards. You then move to L.A. with your skate team, do a bunch of missions, have some fun and so on. Later in the game, Eric joins your team and you two have somewhat of a competition. The gameplay in this game is pretty much the same as THPS 4, with a few new tricks and moves. In this game, you can get off your board, run around, and climb objects. This makes the game more of an actual game than a skateboarding experiments which can be nice in some cases. Overall, this is a fantastic game for PS2 gamers. You may not enjoy this game if you are not a big skating fan though, because there are many professional skaters that play a big role in the game.
